By train
The main railway is the Innsbruck -Brennero – Verona. You need to change in Fortezza to a local train travelling across the Pusteria valley until you reach Dobbiaco.
Coming from Switzerland or from Vienna, you need to reach Innsbruck first, where you take a train going to Verona. You change in Fortezza, where you get on a different train which will take you to Dobbiaco.
From Lienz and the eastern part of Tyrol you can reach Dobbiaco directly.
From Milan, through Verona-Bolzano until Fortezza where a local train will take you to Dobbiaco.
From Venice you reach Calalzo di Cadore where you change to a bus which take you to Dobbiaco, via Cortina d’Ampezzo.
